The house is ideally located halfway between the hamlet of Kercabellec (oyster farmers, restaurants) and the town centre (bakeries, restaurants, market square).
The Cabonnais beach is 300 metres away via a dead-end road very little used by cars and ideal with children. The Sorlock beach club and the sailing club (Toul Ru anchorage) are within walking distance from the beach or the road.
The house is set back from the street which makes it quiet and peaceful.

Very spacious family house with:

- a terrace with garden furniture, plancha
- a children's playroom,
- a spacious, equipped kitchen in perfect condition
- 6 bedrooms (3 double beds, 6 single beds)
- 1 baby cot + 1 travel cot available
- 1 bathroom, 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets
Traveller access
You will have access to the large house. There is a second small house on the plot which will be closed and inaccessible during your stay.
Other remarks
Bed linen and towels are well provided and included in the price. Beach towels are not provided.
