The accommodation is divided into three wings, linked by a patio equipped with satellite TV. The layout is as follows:
East wing
Ground floor:

- Large sleeping area n°1 on the mezzanine: with a queen-size bed (160×200, 2 bedsprings and 2 mattresses separate but adjoining) TV and desk, opening onto a terrace

- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A bathroom with shower for people with reduced mobility and WC

- Large sleeping area n°2 on the mezzanine: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
First floor:
- Large sleeping area N°3 on the mezzanine, with a queen-size bed (160×200) made up of 2 separate but adjoining box springs and 2 mattresses, opening onto a terrace.
- Sleeping area N°4, with a single bed for a child (80×180), communicating with the parental area, separated by a sliding partition but also by a "removable safety" barrier when the partition is open.
Second floor:
- Sleeping area N°5, with 2 separate but adjoining box springs and 2 mattresses (140×190) + electric velux window.
West wing
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room
- A bathroom with bath, shower and WC
- A wardrobe
First floor:
- Large sleeping area N°6 on the mezzanine, with a queen-size bed (160×200) made up of 2 separate but adjoining box springs and 2 mattresses.
- Sleeping area N°7, with a single bed (120×200), with a French window opening onto a terrace.
- Separate WC with washbasin
Second floor:
- Sleeping area N°8, with a queen-size bed (160×200) made up of 2 box springs and 2 separate but adjoining mattresses.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A jacuzzi available all year round for 4 to 5 people
- A beautiful, enclosed, private garden of 1,100 m² with 3 terraces with furniture and plancha for enjoying the fine weather. It is maintained by a gardener and has automatic watering and a fountain.
The house is ideally located in Le Pouliguen, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the spaces provided between the road and the gate as well as under the carport. A total of 5 spaces are available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus stop 100 m away
- Nearest train station: Pouliguen station less than 10 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique airport, 1h30 away

- The accommodation is equipped with an alarm system with surveillance cameras, which is activated in the event of an intrusion. You will be given a code to deactivate the alarm on arrival.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement
