With a surface area of approximately 180 m², the house can comfortably accommodate several families or groups of friends.

• 1 dormitory for up to 5 children or teenagers

• A large terrace of more than 40 m² facing the sea
Fiber internet connection available.
A piano is also available for musicians (to be used with the greatest care).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, ideal for stays with the family.

The house is located only 10 minutes walk from the village of Île-aux-Moines.

• Optional linen rental (payment at the concierge service)

In order to preserve the exceptional quality of the place, regular maintenance is required during the stay. Some services (barbecue cleaning, clean dishes, repositioning of furniture) remain the responsibility of the tenants at the end of their stay.
