KERPI, AN IODIZED DESTINATION TO FULLY ENJOY THE QUIBERON PENINSULA
Built 3 minutes walk from the beach of Kerbourgnec (Bay side), our Kerpi house of 220 m² of living space (classified 3☆) will allow you to spend a successful holiday in a typical Brittany environment while benefiting from multiple possibilities of activities and discoveries.
OPTIONAL:
- Cleaning possible during your stay. Price: 30€/hour
- End of stay cleaning option: 150€
- Bed linen and towel rental option: 20€ per single bed
- Bed linen and towel rental option: 40€ per double bed
NOTE:
The rent includes, for the entire duration of the rental, the payment of the rental charges and available supplies recalled below:
- Mains water
- Electricity and heating are included in the rental price, except from 01/12/2025 to 31/03/2026: during these periods,
• A flat rate of 15 kWh is included per day (in peak hours). Then consumption is billed at €0.20/kWh in peak hours.
• A flat rate of 15 kWh is included per day (during off-peak hours). Then consumption is billed at €0.15/kWh during off-peak hours.

The garden of Kerpi offers relaxation areas where you can meet around the 2 barbecues (gas and charcoal), enjoying the garden furniture on the terrace in Ipé.
KERPI is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach of Kerbourgnec (on the Bay side of Quiberon).
In just 5 minutes you will be on the other side of the peninsula with the wild coast and in 20 minutes at the famous alignments of menhirs of Carnac, Kerpi benefits from a dream setting for a holiday: a mild climate all year round, very varied picturesque landscapes within a radius of 20 km. You can also very easily embark for a day on the islands of Houat, Hoëdic or Belle-Île.

Kerpi, is classified as "furnished tourism" 3☆. In addition to its terrace and private garden, the house benefits from all the amenities to guarantee your comfort during your stay and in particular WIFI. This is evidenced by the photos in the slideshow above.
Kerpi welcomes you immediately with its 66 m² living-dining room-kitchen.
The very bright living room of Kerpi is equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen will delight cooks.
The double beds are spacious (160 x 200 cm). The single beds are 90 x 20 cm. All the bedding is very recent and very comfortable.

The more sporty can go sailing in the Bay of Quiberon, hiking or cycling.
Kerpi provides access to a multitude of outdoor activities:
the sailing school of St Pierre is a 3-minute walk away. Young and old can take part in the sailing courses or simply rent boats
the indoor and outdoor tennis courts are also a 3-minute walk from Kerpi
as well as a playground for children

Excellent hosts. Made us very welcome. The stay was wonderful because all the facilities in the house were easily accessible. Modern premises with everything new, clean and functional of a very high standard. Wifi was fast and tv could access Netflix and Amazon etc

Kerpi was a spacious, modern, light, airy, really well equipped house and the terrace and garden were practical for the children and outside meals.
It was well located, being only a 15 min walk to St. Pierre and a short drive to Quiberon. There was a lovely beach very near and loads of others not far away to explore.
With a dishwasher, washing machine and a good hot water supply for showers it was very convenient.
There was also a separate downstairs toilet which is not mentioned in the description, but was very welcome particularly with small children in the party.
Despite some days of hot weather over 25 degrees the sliding doors and electric window blinds kept the temperatures at a reasonable level.
The open metal stairs were a little noisy and with the open plan design of the house we had to be a bit careful of noise in the morning and bedtime, but even with 1, 4 and 5 year old grandchildren this was not really a problem.
In all Kerpi was a wonderful house for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
