🏡 Family holiday home in the heart of a large garden
We rent our family holiday home, located in the heart of a magnificent garden of 9,000 m²🌳, offering 240 m² of large living space.
✨ Spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped, it is ideal for families and intergenerational stays. There is something for everyone, whether it's to get together or enjoy quieter moments.
🌞 The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day and are perfect for outdoor dining, children's games and long summer evenings with the family.
🏠 The house has 5 bedrooms and several large, bright living rooms, all surrounded by terraces and with direct access to the garden:
🔹 On the first floor:
• 🛋️ A large living room of 50 m², facing the garden, with adjoining bar, facing West and South,
• 🍽️ A fitted kitchen of 11 m², open to a living / dining room of 33 m²
• 🧺 Scullery – laundry room of 27 m² (washing machine, dryer, second fridge)
• 🛏️ A bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath + shower)
• 🚻 separate toilet
🔹 Upstairs:
• 🛌 A master suite of 35 m² with private shower room
• 🛏️ 2 double bedrooms
• 👧 1 children's bedroom (sleeps 2 to 3)

📍 Located in the small hamlet of Kergorange, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean 🌊, the house benefits from a quiet environment while remaining close to amenities:
• 🚲 Sarzeau at 1 km (5 minutes by bike),
• 🚗 Vannes at 20 minutes, emblematic city of the Gulf of Morbihan,
• A large parking lot to comfortably park up to 4 cars.
🚴 ♂️ The cycle network in the immediate vicinity allows:
• to reach the beaches of Roaliguen in 10 minutes by bike,
• to go for a walk along the Gulf, in complete safety.
❤️ This house is above all a family living space, simple, warm and generous, ideal for creating beautiful memories of holidays in Brittany.
🌟 This is the first year that we are renting out our house. It has been welcoming our family for more than 20 years, and we will be delighted if it can, in turn, welcome your family memories.
Arrival is at 4pm, departure at 10am and the cleaning fee is to be paid on arrival for 90€.
We also offer you the possibility of booking bed linen as an option (15€ for double beds, 10€ for single beds) and towels for 10€ per person (1 large and 1 small per person).
