2/2 condo. Sleeps 7. Master: Queen. 2nd bedroom. Full and Twin. Living room: Queen Sofa Sleeper. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

This second floor condo overlooks the tennis court and comes with 2 rackets and tennis balls. Located only 10 minutes from Schlitterbahn, the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers! Kick back and unwind from the day’s activities in the spacious living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and a dining table that seats 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar or cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached full bath. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin. There is cable TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room and free internet. Enjoy the onsite tennis court or take a dip in the swimming pool. There are communal charcoals grills near the pool and picnic areas too. Stroll through the oak trees on stone lined paths. T Bar M is just minutes from charming down town New Braunfels and Historic Gruene. Perfect for families and couples. We have another unit at this complex #406 that sleeps 6. If you have a group of 15 these two condos would be perfect! This condo has a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. There is no elevator.
