Sunset Place is a breathtaking 3-story beachfront retreat. This spacious haven features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 3 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, ensuring comfortable accommodation for up to 13 people. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. There is also a private charcoal grill located under the house carport, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.
The second floor hosts the master suite, a true sanctuary with a king bed, private jetted bathroom, double vanity sink, TV, wardrobe closet, and office table. The living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a half bathroom, smart TV, fireplace, and plush sofa sets. The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, complete with a toaster, blender, standard coffee maker, Keurig, and all of the essentials. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 8 and 4 counter stools adjacent to the table, or out on the balcony and take in the stunning beach views.
Upstairs on the third floor, you'll find additional sleeping quarters perfect for family and friends. The house was perfect and in a good location. It was quiet even with others next to us. The kitchen is stocked better than any other rental I have stayed in and the house was very clean. comfortable beds!

Upon arrival to the unit there was still what appeared to be chicken crust on the rug in the living room and we attempted to vacuum it up but neither of the vacuums worked. The ice maker didn’t work either. Overall, we loved that the balcony had the locking gate on it due to traveling with two toddlers. There was plenty of room for our family and we loved that the unit was located right on the beach!

After we walked in the house, we immediately went to Walmart to purchase some cleaning supplies. Three of us spent over 3 hours mopping the floor and scrubbing the entire first floor. I changed the water halfway through the mopping due to it was just to gross to continue to use. The table, chairs, couch all had to be cleaned before we could bring in our clothes. The upstairs bathroom had soap residue on the ledge and toothpaste down the front of the drawer. We also had to remove the rug under the bed in one of the bedrooms due to the odor. The deck and outside furniture were really nice, and we spent as much time as possible outside. This would be a nice house if it was cleaned. We enjoyed the deck and the beach.
