With a private heated saltwater pool on the balcony overlooking the shoreline, this home allows you to embrace coastal living while staying close to local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Designed to host up to 15 guests, it’s perfect for families or friends looking to create memorable moments together.
The main living area offers a warm and inviting space, perfect for relaxing after a day of swimming, beach combing, or exploring Gulf Shores’ shops and eateries. A wood-paneled ceiling and ornamental fireplace add character, while comfortable seating makes it an ideal spot to gather and share stories from your day.
Meals are effortless with a dining table for six and a breakfast bar with six stools. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and microwave—perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or quick beach snacks. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the second-floor hallway.
Step onto the second-story deck with a heated saltwater pool and panoramic Gulf views. Enjoy morning coffee poolside, or take just a few steps to the beach for sun and swimming. The outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off before heading back out for more fun in the sun.

Believe the small print stating “Ongoing balcony construction.” Entire building exterior being redone. Beautiful apartment which would have had ocean views if balcony doors weren't taped shut, covered in blue plastic, with a big warning sign. Extremely loud drilling from 7:45am till 5:00pm. Dust from construction coated all surfaces outside, which crept inside as well. Workers had to move barriers for us to get in and out of apartment. Location a 10. Experience a 4.
