Welcome to Southern Breeze, a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation home tucked back on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores Alabama’s Lagoon Pass neighborhood. This unique community has a private boat launch, fishing pier, and deeded beach access directly across the street. Southern Breeze is a pet-friendly getaway that will sleep up to 16 guests and is close to all the restaurants and attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer!
About Southern Breeze
Enjoy the best of both” water worlds” in Gulf Shores! Southern Breeze is a 2-story waterfront home located on Little Lagoon and across the street from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Southern Breeze sits next to the two community piers/docks and community boat launch.
Inside on the first floor guests will find a lovely kitchen with granite countertops, an island with seating, stainless appliances, and a dining area that seats 8. The living area is open and comfortable with access to the deck. The washer/dryer and a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower plus two bedrooms can also be found on this floor. The master bedroom sleeps 4 guests in a king bed and a twin-size day bed with a pull-out trundle. The master is equipped with a television and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 will sleep 2 guests in a queen bed and has a television.
Upstairs on the second floor are 3 more bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a second living area with a sofa sleeper. Bedroom 3 will sleep 2 guests in a full bed, Bedroom 4 will sleep 4 in 2 queen beds and Bedroom 5 will sleep 2 in a queen bed. All of the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and share the bathroom that has a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have shared balcony access.
Enjoy the water views and additional outdoor living and dining from your gated deck, perfect if you are bringing the family pet. Under the home is parking for 2 vehicles with additional parking in the driveway. A storage room is available for guests to use and an open outdoor shower. Enjoy the “Southern Breeze” and a meal in the shade at the picnic table cooked on the provided charcoal grill!

Property as described. Had a little issue with mini fridge freezing up, manager had someone out promptly to fix the issue. House and property were great. Just what me and my family needed for a relaxing week. A

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The location can’t be beat—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the pier/swimming area right behind the house was perfect for our group, especially the small kids. We spent hours fishing off the dock and were lucky enough to catch a shark and a stingray—definitely a highlight!The house had plenty of space for our large group of 16 (both adults and children), and the layout worked really well for us. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and cookware we needed, and we really appreciated the separate drink fridge and ice maker, which came in handy.The house could use some work/updates as there were a few leaky windows during a storm, but maintenance came out quickly and took care of the issue. The storage shed was a nice bonus—it was fully stocked with beach chairs and toys that made our beach days even better.A few helpful tips for future guests: the house comes with minimal provisions, so plan to bring your own spices, salt and pepper, toilet paper (only one roll per bathroom provided), paper towels, hand soap, coffee filters, and other basics. Also note that the fridge does not have a water dispenser.Overall, we had a wonderful time!
