Good Time Charlie – Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)
This is a beautiful waterfront home nestled along Little Lagoon in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, offering stunning lagoon views and easy beach access nearby. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this home accommodates up to 16 guests (maximum of 12 adults) and features:
- A private 18' x 8' pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day)
- Access to a shared pier and boat launch
- 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath, Smart TV, and comfortable beds
Convenient Beach Access
Beach access is available at Lagoon Pass Park, just a 5-minute walk from the home. This public park offers:
- Restrooms and outdoor showers
- Parking available for $15 per day
- Access to both the lagoon and the public beach across the road
Main Floor
- Living and dining areas with an open-concept layout
- Well-stocked kitchen for easy meal prep
- Laundry facilities
- Two King bedrooms, each with a private bath
- An additional full bath
Top Floor – Additional Bedrooms & Relaxation Space
- Primary King Suite – Features a private balcony and deluxe bath with a double vanity, large tub, and separate shower
- Second King Bedroom
- Two additional bedrooms, each with two Queen beds
- Upstairs landing with a seating area and TV for extra relaxation space
Outdoor Features
- Beautiful lagoon views from the pool area
- Fire pit and charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings
- Plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings
Pet-Friendly & Wildlife Haven
- Up to 2 dogs allowed ($348 pet fee applies)
- Located in the quiet Lagoon Pass neighborhood, a great spot for fishing and wildlife watching—keep an eye out for herons and pelicans on both the lagoon and Gulf sides
Rental Policies
- No rentals to groups under 25
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties
- For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required

We had an amazing time. Fishing off pier, walking across to the beach, everything in close proximity. The house was perfect! Clean, cozy, well stocked. Pool was great to lounge by. Views of lagoon were beautiful. Perfect for a family vacation. Many memories made!!!!
