Good Time Charlie – Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)
This is a beautiful waterfront home nestled along Little Lagoon in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, offering stunning lagoon views, a private 18' x 8' pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day), and easy beach access nearby. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this home accommodates up to 16 guests (maximum of 12 adults) across 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath, Smart TV, and comfortable beds, and features access to a shared pier and boat launch.

The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area capable of accommodating the whole family for both entertaining and dining. The well-stocked kitchen offers expansive counter space for easy meal prep.Two King bedrooms, each with a private bath, can also be found on this level. This is complemented by an additional full bath and a laundry room.
On the top floor, the Primary King Suite features a private balcony and a deluxe bath with a double vanity, large tub, and separate shower. Rounding out the sleeping accomodations on this floor are 3 more bedroms, one with a king bed and 2 more with pairs of queens, each with a private bath. An upstairs landing with a seating area and TV provides a comfortable extra space to unwind.
Outside, a porch perfectly suited for outdoor dining overlooks a private heatable pool with an expansive deck, ideal for relaxing and soaking in the beautiful lagoon views. A fire pit and charcoal grill make the space perfect for outdoor gatherings. All of this is found tucked into the quiet Lagoon Pass neighborhood, a wonderful spot for fishing and wildlife watching — keep an eye out for herons and pelicans on both the lagoon and Gulf sides.
Beach access is just a 5-minute walk away at Lagoon Pass Park, a public park offering restrooms, outdoor showers, and access to both the lagoon and the public beach across the road. Parking is available at the park for $15 per day.
Rental Policies
- Pet-friendly with up to 2 dogs allowed ($348 pet fee applies)
- No rentals to groups under 25
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties
- For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required

We had an amazing time. Fishing off pier, walking across to the beach, everything in close proximity. The house was perfect! Clean, cozy, well stocked. Pool was great to lounge by. Views of lagoon were beautiful. Perfect for a family vacation. Many memories made!!!!
