Lagniappe II – Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)
The name Lagniappe (pronounced "Lan-yap") means "a little something extra," and this home truly delivers. Enjoy a large, open living room perfect for family gatherings, an entertainer's kitchen with plenty of space, and expansive Gulf-front porches on both levels. This spacious retreat offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and accommodates 12-16 guests (maximum of 12 adults). This charming beachfront home, located 2.7 miles west of Hwy 59 on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, is also Pet-friendly and has a small gated outdoor area for your pet to enjoy (please note: Gulf Shores beaches are not pet-friendly).

On the main level, you'll find a Gulf-front living area stretching the full width of the home alongside a dining area and a fully equipped galley kitchen with a bar for additional seating. The floor also has a king bedroom with a private full bath and access to an intimate lagoon-view porch. A laundry room and a half bath complete this floor.
The second level rounds out the house's accomodations with 4 more bedrooms. First are 2 Gulf-front king bedrooms with direct access to the deck, each sharing a full bath with one of the 2 additional north bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a pair of queens and the other a pair of double beds. A common area with deck access does double duty as extra sleeping space, with a twin daybed and trundle available.
Outside, guests will enjoy large Gulf-front porches on both levels, perfect for taking in some sun or enjoying the gentle sound of the waves. The experience is, of course, complete with direct access to a stretch of private white sand beach.

- Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a $348 pet fee
- No rentals to groups under 25
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties
- For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required

We loved the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beach access was awesome.

This is the perfect beach house! We had 8 adults and 6 children. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. The sand toys and chairs were awesome. We were steps from the beach with an awesome front balcony with plenty of chairs. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking meals at home. The under the counter ice maker was a hit! We loved it!!

The house was spotless, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. The deck chairs were heavy duty and perfect for hours of reading and watching for dolphins.

The location was great. The beach access was wonderful and super close. The house has a fenced in area downstairs for pets / children which was very helpful. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of all furniture and cookware. Towels were all stained and very cheap sheets. One couch was an outdoor couch, the other was stained. Every surface needs to be deep cleaned. All vents were surrounded by water damage and mold. The countertops are overdue to be sealed. Many places needed to be painted. The cookware is past its prime and were impossible to keep from sticking / burning. When we arrived the cleaning crew had a broken chair at the garbage. Turned out we were missing that chair at dining table. The house is very spacious and for that I was thankful. The revenue made off of a house that rents for over $9000 a week needs to be better. Super disappointed in upkeep of the property.
