Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, 2-element cooktop, kettle, toaster, extractor fan.
Outside: There is a patio out back with a table and two chairs as well as a BBQ.

Stairs: External stairs only

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
