The location and views.
The shower had great water pressure.
The couch was big and comfortable.
There were lots of scuffs on the walls and the mirror in the shower was damaged and rusty. There was also hair in the shower drain when we arrived.

It's a very roomy place, easy to find. Very close to Queenstown central and a few shopping areas in Frankton
The best part of the accommodation is the view of the lake which is insane! Managed to take a few good shots of planes landing into Queenstown.
A portacot & highchair was provided which was a big lifesaver, and very appreciative.
A few minor things when we arrived was that there were alot of bugs flying around inside, & the carpet in the TV area had chip crumbs around the floor. Again, not a major at all we found the bug spray & vaccum to sort those out.
The 1st bedroom downstairs had its own outside area but didn't really use as there were overgrown weeds and very untidy, kept the blind down to ignore the sight.
