Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me.

The property is fine, having a microwave, and a fridge it is OK.
The tile floor was nice and clean.

The private bedroom and bath were clean, cute and just as pictured. It was a good value for the cost. Not having control of the A/C level, noise through the walls and what appeared to be unsafe electrical connections ( lots of extension cords with many plugs) we're the negatives.

The place was clean. Very small which was ok but could hear tv next door most of the time we were there. Very thin walls
