Guest house is very private from main house. Just minutes to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato Shoppes, Olde Naples / 5th Avenue, grocery stores and plenty more shopping and dining.
Guest House has the following: Full size fridge, stove/oven, toaster, microwave oven, on granite countertops / plenty of pots, pans, dishes, forks, knives, cooking utensils / full beddings, always with clean sheets and towels / access to personal washer and dryer.
Come enjoy the beautiful sunny weather and beaches Naples, FL has to offer. Why stay in a hotel for more money when you can stay in an 900 sq ft guest house with it's own kitchen, full bath, great open space with plenty of windows and natural light on private acreage living. I believe you should tell what floor rental is on. We are in our 70’s and wore us out climbing the stairs with our luggage, etc.

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the city. Eric was very accommodating. We would stay there again if we are ever in the area.
