This is a sweet and cozy Naples Park home that will make you want to relax and put your feet up. It is walking distance from the Mercato which features shopping, restaurants, and bars. Guests can easily bike to Vanderbilt Beach located 1.5 miles from the front door with the provided beach cruisers. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix, Kayaks, Golf courses and movie theaters are located in the immediate area.
Welcome to our Family Friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! This home also features a large fenced in backyard with a dining table and propane grill perfect for a relaxing dinner cooked at home.
There are three bedrooms:
#1 Master Bedroom with en Suite Bathroom, King bed
#2 Two Twin Beds, optional Crib
#3 Queen Bed
**Living Room offers a 2 person sleeper sofa.**
Very close distance to Vanderbilt Beach which offers parking, bathrooms, showers, rentals, walking distance to Ritz Carlton witch on beach dining (Gumbo Limbo).
Less than 1 mile in the opposite direction you will find Mercato with Whole Foods, Shopping, Restaurants and Nightlife, Movie Theater etc. There's also Pavilion Plaza with restaurants, movies etc. Close by you will find Trader Joes, Marshals, Kayaking, and many more.

Had a great time staying in this modern, comfortable house - comfortable beds, lovely showers everything we needed. Ben was very quick to resolve any issues and easy to communicate with. The location was great for us - all day, free pickleball social play 10 minutes away at Veterans Park and a beautiful beach a short drive away. Naples park is just lovely.

My girls and I had a great time in Naples! The VRBO was clean and had enough space for 7 of us to be comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only issue was that the lawn care people come on Saturdays and we had no idea so it caught us off guard to have a bunch of men in our space. Overall, this is a solid VRBO and I would recommend for a bachelorette or girls weekend.

The house was perfect for our visit. Considering there had recently been 2 hurricanes, we were very pleasantly surprised that the yard and house seemed as if nothing had happened. Very pleasant experience.
