This house is beautifully appointed with three large bedrooms and two baths. A spacious lanai has a table and seating for five. Lanai can be accessed from three areas, including the master bedroom suite. A large, well maintained yard has a back view of a bay, visible from the lanai. There is a dining room for six, a breakfast nook, and counter chairs and benches. Two living room areas provide much seating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting or vacationing in Naples.

The Spanish was the perfect choice for our trip. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, is confidently located, and the host was responsive.

Very cozy, nice shower ( w supplied soap & shampoos) beds ( comfy) kitchen ( well supplied) lanai ( perfect for coffee & lunch/ dinner) & nice layout.
Would stay again! Owner was easy to chat with!
