Dream vacations do come true, and this is the place to make yours happen. This big and beautiful estate home in Naples Park is the perfect getaway for extended family or a group of friends ready to celebrate life.
Fully updated and expanded, every detail of this stunning property is immaculate and sparkling new. The bright and spacious floor plan flows from the entryway's luxe living space with a gorgeous white leather wraparound sofa and giant Smart entertainment center to the central dining area with a table for meals and an adjacent breakfast/aperitif island and corner bar with a chilled wine rack and beverage cooler.
The state-of-the-art Galley kitchen opens onto a second beautifully appointed family room and outdoor terrace. It has stainless KitchenAid appliances, an induction stovetop, and loads of utensils, counter space, and cabinetry.
The fun really starts once you step onto the lanai-enclosed terrace, where a complete outdoor kitchen with a stainless gas grill, outdoor dining, sofa with a fireplace feature, and loungers await. The fabulous free-form heated saltwater swimming pool and waterfall spa are bordered by a mini putting green promising hours of entertainment for the whole crowd.
Inside, each of the home's four bedrooms has orthopedic mattresses and luxury linens with a cool-toned contemporary coastal feel. Bedrooms two and three are also in the main house and offer a Queen bed and a Queen/Twin bunk with an adjacent full bath.
The home's detached two-car garage was masterfully converted into a semi-studio apartment with its own Queen bedroom, private office, and a game room with billiard and ping-pong tables, beanbag loungers, and a flatscreen Smart TV opening onto the lanai terrace.
There's boat access, tour providers, and lots of beach toys for rent off Vanderbilt Lagoon or at Delnor-Wiggins Park; both are less than two miles away, as are the white sands and turquoise waters of Vanderbilt Beach. Nice, clean, well stocked. Neighborhood just ok. One downfall - every time you want to enjoy the hot tub, you have to phone mgmt. to turn on the heat.
