About this house rental

Located on over an acre of land, concrete block construction, tile everywhere, granite countertops in kitchen and bath, great room concept w/ a large island kitchen, tons of cabinet and countertop space perfect for tenants that like to cook, new appliances w/ washer and dryer located inside the home, good size master suite with large walk in closet, private patio area with outdoor seating and grill, views of natural Florida landscape. Extra outdoor parking space available for RV and boat parking. Guest house is very private from main house. Less than 10 minutes to the beach, plenty of shopping and dining just around the corner.
