Kick back and relax and watch the sunset in this gorgeous 2+den/2 bath turnkey furnished condo in north Naples. This second-floor property has a western exposure with a long lake view from the lanai and primary suite. Almost new condition. Upgrades include: hurricane impact windows / doors, granite counter tops, tile and laminate flooring throughout. Livingston Lakes has a fabulous clubhouse with a resort style pool, community room, outdoor rest area, BBQ grills and fitness facility. Livingston Lakes is conveniently located just south of Immokalee Road about 6 miles to the beach, and 5 miles to Mercato shopping and dining!
