Sunny Skies Estates is located in a well established East Naples neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes from downtown Naples near the Gulf of Mexico beaches and 5th Ave South shopping. It is near fine dining, grocery shopping and anything you will need. Lake Avalon is a freshwater white sand beach located 5 min away from Sunny Skies Estates offering beautiful sunsets, boating, water skiing, sailing classes and fishing.
Sunny Skies Estates features tile floors throughout, granite counter tops, standard clean appliances, 8-foot doors, in home theater with 70-inch television and many more touches of luxury. The residence has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and sleeps 8 guests.
Flat screen televisions are provided in every room of the residence with Xfinity & Wi-fi included for the home away from home experience.
There are enough towels for beach events along with secured outside storage for beach accessories. Bedding and dishes are also available and stored in the cupboards and shelves. The dining room is ideal for 6 people and is located off the kitchen.
You can park your car on the private driveway or under the car port away from the elements.
The patio contains a big dining table with seating for five. There is also a four-person wicker patio conversation set. The backyard is one and half lots in size offering plenty of space for outdoor activities and entertainment.
The laundry room contains a washer and a dryer.
Small dogs are a option for an additional fee but please advise in your request the size of your pet.

This was a perfectly restful and meticulously clean house. The owners had everything we needed from washer and dryer to some of the softest towels ever. The house is a wonderful open space with lots of sleeping accommodations. The kitchen is large and fully stocked to cook meals in. So thankful for the washer and dryer mid vacation. The communication was top notch. We were so comfortable in the house and the location was very centrally located in Naples. We are very thankful for the owners communication, cleanliness, and thoughtful accommodations. Highly highly recommend staying here.

We chose to stay at this property because Mom had surgery at NCH. It was our haven from the hospital! We could be together as a family, yet we still had ample space to have our own time. The house was spacious, conveniently located near everything, and it was a quiet neighborhood. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our time of need. I highly recommend staying here.

This property was in a great location just south of the city of Naples giving easy access to the city and to Marco Island. The house is comfortable and clean. We had a good stay.
