Royal Palm flat first floor charming Just remolded, updated new on market fresh, with large back porch and shared garage with beach toys, close to the beach 1 block from 5th Ave. one mile from beach 3 blocks from Naples bay. close to many restaurants and shops on 5th ave. The beach is at the end of 5th Ave. great walk down the heart of Naples down town and charming tin city shops and dinning. view 5th ave from rear porch. entire first floor with many games in garage.

this is a first floor flat in a super nice charming cobble stone brick paver cul-de-sac street . very tight nit quiet community respect of neighbors a priority. parking is on the right side of drive way.
very close to 5th ave shops 3 blocks. and just over one mile to beaches. lock box on door right side first floor, so easy to check in. parking is on right side.

all first floor is yours, second floor is separate apartment , garage is shared and has stuff for beach and is well stocked. BBQ area also has everything you need, if not just call me.

Great location with a lot of things to do. Nice quiet area to relax and very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here because we like to be close to Bayfront and 5th Ave. It was super easy to walk to both. The place was clean and we had everything we needed for the beach. The bed isn’t overly comfortable but it’s not terrible. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is as advertised. Has every amenity needed and then some. Quiet and private neighborhood that’s close to everything. Super easy check in and out. Would highly recommend for a trip to Naples and the surrounding area!

Nice location, many extra beach items offered for use, clean. Not certain if what is always provided, but we had a shortage of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper. Overall nice stay although we had difficulties operating TVs with no assistance. Eventually figured out ways to make it work.
