About this house rental
Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Naples. Right in the middle of all the action but tucked away, this terrific property boasts 3 bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a cozy retreat. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind in this beautiful space. The living room even has a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy this stylish and comfortable place to stay! Close to 5th Ave, Tin City, 3rd Street South, the Naples City Dock and the beautiful Naples Beach (just a 5-7 minute drive, 10-15 minute bike ride!) on a quiet street with nice neighbors, a private fully fenced in back yard, brand new wrap around paved driveway, car port & huge screened in back lanai!
The home is not brand new but is nice. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, large master suite, fully furnished with new/newer furniture and brand new mattresses.

The space
We pride ourselves in offering you a clean house with exceptionally clean linens and towels.
We have great neighbors so we do have quiet hours from 9am-10pm where no loud noise or music can be made.
Guest access
The entire property. We have a fenced in back yard, huge screened in lanai with outdoor furniture, a new driveway and a clean home styled and ready for our guests with clean linens, beds and toiletries to get your stay started. We also have a nice sized washer and dryer for you to use as well. No more than 7 people eligible to stay at the property at any time.
If staying over 7 days, extra linens will be provided but toiletries, soaps, etc after the initial ones provided will be the responsibility of the guests.
Pets are welcome with approval . It is a $200/pet fee per stay.
Other things to note
The home is nice and the furniture is like new, mattresses are brand new! This is the price due to some some small cosmetic things with the house. We are currently working on fixing the little things at the house but if you’re looking for this price and for the house to be perfect this is not the house. It’s nice but if you’re looking for something absolutely perfect you should rent at the Ritz :) We pride ourselves on giving you a clean home to enjoy and have great reviews and we know you’ll enjoy it and are close by if there are any issues.

Amazing place 5 min from the beach and all the attractions. Adam is a great host, very helpful and responsive.We recently stayed in another rental that was very bare bones, so when we came to Adam's rental, I was delighted to find that the house had everything you need including:Hair dryers, iron & board, beach towels, clothes hangers, hampers, salt & pepper, cooking oil, vinegar, a toaster, cutting boards, Tupperware, colander, grater, oven mit, good size pantry, basically a well stocked kitchen. I've mentioned all these even "small" comforts because they were missing in our previous rental. The lanai was also great since mosquitoes were terrible during our stay. We were here with 3 small children, and the home was perfect for our needs. Very good neighbours, and safe neighborhood, would definitely stay again and recommend.
