This charming 1970s cottage is in a peaceful neighborhood just outside the heart of downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue South, known for its boutique shops, galleries, and fabulous dining scene. The Gulf of Mexico is 2 miles away for those seeking a day at the beach. This well-appointed, renovated, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage features a bonus room and a large fenced-in backyard. Thoughtfully equipped with indoor and outdoor living spaces, you can enjoy a cocktail or meal in the covered outdoor area, sit in the backyard, watch the geckos, birds, and butterflies, or play a game of corn hole. Now available for short-term rental. Long-term rentals are welcome. All photos are current, post Ian, as of June 2023.

Unfortunately my wife and I got severe respiratory viruses before the trip started and we had to cancel. But we had very good Communication with the property manager prior and to our trip.
