Great, fully renovated, three bedroom two bath house in the art district of Naples. The area is full of unique dining and entertainment. Enjoy your time with family at the botanical garden just a walk away , marina parks or the near by zoo. Celebration park offers a vast selection of food trucks and a full outdoor bar and music right on the water. 5Th Avenue with its High-end shops and restaurants will lead you straight to a beautiful white send beaches and the Naples pier.

Newly renovated house with three (king, king, queen) bedrooms, two full baths and a kitchen / dining / living combo area. The house is located 30 seconds walk to a beautiful park with a huge lake. Great for walking and morning runs. Property backs up to a canal with turtles, fish and beautiful long leg birds that can be viewed from the comfortable seating of the patio deck.
Guest access
Parking for multiple vehicles is available in the driveway. Public bus transportation is also available a short walk away.
Other things to note
The main entrance to the house is located on the second floor and requires to walk a set of stairs.

There are many positives about this property - proximity to attractions, comfy beds, nicely stocked with coffee, paper products, bath products, and hair dryer. Also loved that there were chairs for the beach. The things we did not like were the musty smell that comes into the house from the basement, not having a place to gather outside,(there are only two chairs on the deck) and no real view since the neighborhood is not very pretty. Also, there is no oven, just a counter top oven. So if you are looking for a reasonably priced place, plan to spend most of your time away from the house, and don’t have a sensitive nose, this is a good pick.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights on a whim. It was pet friendly which was very convenient. Owner was super friendly. The house is VERY nice. It’s obviously been re-done. Loved the decor. Nice outdoor deck. It was also fun to watch the fish and other wildlife in the backyard.
The location is great. 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. Everything else you could want within a 5 minute drive.

Great location to avoid downtown Naples traffic but also close enough enjoy downtown nightlife and Naples beaches. The best part is walking distance to the East Naples community center to play games. Great location and great host
