All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again.

The pictures posted are not this unit. The pictures had blue colors. Ours was pink. The lanai furniture had mold on it. The pictures show the lanai facing a pond. We faced a wall and a very noisy street behind it. Our pillows also had black mold on them. Several furniture items had price tags hanged no from them
