Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naples Downtown - 5th Avenue by IHG

Close from downtown and 5th avenue.

First of all, the breakfast was just AWESOME: The quality of the food, the fact that they have a free coffee machine working 24/7 is a plus. The location is excellent, and the overall value is just great. We used to stay at the Hyatt House 5th avenue next door which has a huge pool and better views but it's way more expensive, so from now on, we'll stay at Holiday Inn. Also, parking is free, which is a huge bonus. Did I mention that the breakfast was amazing? :)

The building is old but it's been renovated some years ago. The underside of the entrance canopy is cracked and some parts are missing. Considering everything, the building is an 7.8 out of 10 so it totally works for us. Also, the pool is very small for the huge surface of the pool area but this wasn't an issue for us since we spent all the time at the beach.

Not enough seats for everyone inside for breakfast. But made it work with the help of the great staff

Great Location, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Amenities, pool, hot tub and gym.

We stayed two nights. We checked in late the first night so it was dark when we arrived. The next morning when we awoke and opened the curtains, we noticed that the carpets were very dirty and visible signs of debris on the floors. We informed the front desk and they kindly moved us to anither room. The room looked cleaner than the previous room but after we moved our luggage to the 2nd room we noticed dirt, debris and trash under our bed. We informed the front desk and they had the maid service clean and vacuum under our bed.
