Naples' Hidden Gem

Everything, the place was clean and cozy, If I ever have to come back this side, I will stay here.

Loved how it wasn’t a busy area like most hotel parking lots. Mostly at night the ambiance with all the twinkling lights just made you feel at peace after a long day of work.

Not much to not like. Parking for bigger vehicles could be improved. Maybe a mini vacuum in living quarters would be helpful. I stayed for 4 nights since I was working in the area and felt guilty when small debris was left from my clothes/shoes. A mini vacuum would solve this issue- started leaving my shoes outside to make cleaning easier.

Hot tub was a great addition

The property is very quite at night. A nice lawn but everything looks a bit rundown. It is very close to the Audubon Corkscrew Sanctuary which is definitely worth a visit. A Publix and some restaurants are 7 minutes away.

The advertising says "Naples' Little Gem. In my booking it said: Deluxe Double Room with Shower. It was definitely not deluxe. Actually closer to a Motel 6. There are 2 rooms in the property. One room I did not see. But it had a patio in front with a dining table, a Jacuzzi, a BBQ and a sofa. The other room, the one I stayed is on the opposite side. The owner advertises the Jacuzzi and the other outdoor amenities. These are fine if you stay in the first room. But when you stay in the other room, it overlooks the access road, I felt uneasy in using the facilities, placed if front of the occupied first room. I felt I would intrude in their privacy. But this is my feeling, others might feel different. My room: It was definitely NOT deluxe. It was small, a comfortable bed, a sort of a kitchenette, a dresser, a TV and a bathroom with a bathtub. When I run the bathtub the water was yellowish/orange. Maybe it is normal in this part of Florida but it was not inviting. The owner is nice, I had to ask for a wine glass, a dishwasher detergent and a sponge. These items were not in the room. Overall it was a bit disappointing.
