Overall good. There were a few small things -- toilet seat in master bedroom was loose and falling off when we arrived. Door downstairs was off the hinges. Parking was a bit confusing at first but we figured it out. Place was fine otherwise, seemed a bit out dated but was perfect for the situation. Would come back.

The family gets together once a year at a beachfront location. This year Ocean City as it is closer to home than the normal Myrtle Beach. Upon arrival it was a bit confusing as to which unit was the one we were staying in and also where to park and reached out to property manager and did not get a response until the pre-visit inspector showed up right at 4. We occupied the first and second floor units and liked the privacy offered between the two units. The units have obvious signs of use (and this is early in the season) and could use some TLC. Found broken glass on the patio outside the first floor unit and showed the gentleman who was inspecting the unit before we went in and he took care of it. We had asked about a grill and there was a brand new one in the backyard (which needed to be cut) and a new tank of gas was brought over quickly. Third morning, water was dripping from unit above us into our unit and we called the property manager and within 90 minutes someone arrived to check it out and it was determined it was from the unit above us and they were great to work with until it got fixed. Kitchen had plenty of pots,pans, utensils and storage. The layout was great for us as the furthest bedroom was great for the baby. The short walk to the beach, the pool and other activities available at the Fountain Head was excellent. Food Lion almost right across the street was excellent. Family had a great time and appreciated the space.

We really enjoyed staying at this specific rental! One thing that we noticed was that on the listing description it was not known to us that the two levels did not connect on the inside which was no big deal but it would have been good to know when booking the property! Another concern of mine was the flies, they were everywhere so putting in some fly traps would easily help with that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and come back to stay!
