Welcome to our downtown newly remodeled 2 bedroom unit! This stylish and modern desert-themed unit is the perfect home base for your Moab adventure. Whether you're here to explore the nearby national parks or just relax in town, you'll love the comfort and convenience of this well-equipped 2 bedroom unit.
Inside, each bedroom you'll find a comfortable king bed, making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, such as the artwork and area rugs, make this unit feel like a true desert oasis.
Step outside onto the large patio and enjoy the stunning desert views while soaking in the hot tub or grilling up a delicious meal on the BBQ grilling area. Another great feature of this unit is its location - just two blocks from downtown Moab! Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience
The Neighborhood:
We are located two block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.
Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, It is fully emptied refilled with fresh water and deep cleaned every Wednesday morning.
Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Thursday.

Location was great! We didn’t use the kitchen or house tub but they seemed like they would do fine.

Location of the unit was great. We chose this primarily for that but also the Hot Tub. The Hot tub was broken for the first 3 nights of our stay, which was a real bummer. A hot soak after biking/hiking would have been really welcomed! Lastly, if you plan on sleeping in or feeling rested you can forget it! If you are in a downstairs unit, the noise from the folks above is unbelievable, even if they are trying to be quiet. This building is so poorly built, there was no consideration to acoustic separation!!!, so bring ear plugs, white noise machines, or avoid it all together if you are sensitive sleeper. Once the Hot tub was fixed, it made our stay bearable.
