Welcome to our downtown newly remodeled 2 bedroom unit! This stylish and modern desert-themed unit is the perfect home base for your Moab adventure. Whether you're here to explore the nearby national parks or just relax in town, you'll love the comfort and convenience of this well-equipped 2 bedroom unit.
Inside, each bedroom you'll find a comfortable king bed, making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, such as the artwork and area rugs, make this unit feel like a true desert oasis.
Step outside onto the large patio and enjoy the stunning desert views while soaking in the hot tub or grilling up a delicious meal on the BBQ grilling area. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience

We are located two block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.
Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, It is fully emptied refilled with fresh water and deep cleaned every Wednesday morning.
Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Thursday.

We slept great in the comfy beds! And although it wasn’t that hot while we were there, there was no doubt the ac system could keep you cool if it was broiling hot. Big, soft towels in the bathroom were super nice. The kitchen has all the basics if you’re cooking in like we did. We may have missed in the description that the laundry, grill and hot tub are all shared with the other units in the complex but that caught us by surprise. The location is good……off the main street corridor but super accessible to town. We would certainly stay here again!

The condo is centrally located in downtown Moab. Easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Extremely comfortable and inviting, great outdoor areas to enjoy.

Enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the outdoor area. Would stay here again.
