The primary king bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower/tub, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Moab. The second full bathroom is centrally located (with 2 doors, one opening up to the other King bedroom and the other door opening up to the living space). This could be great for 2 couples ! Both bathrooms includes a tub/shower combination, making it perfect for families or couples.
We stock both bathrooms with plenty of soft bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and high-quality toilet paper, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you can pack a little lighter and feel right at home.

Kids especially love the cozy loft sleeping area, which includes one comfortable queen mattresses. Please note the loft is designed for sleeping only and has approximately 3.5 feet of headroom.
• Patio & Shared Outdoor Space•
You'll have access to our shared outdoor gathering area featuring two large hot tubs that are professionally maintained year-round and two natural gas BBQ grills, making it easy to relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends after a day of adventure.

Great location in downtown Moab. Walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Only a block of Main Street and very quiet area. Hot tub was great after long hikes.

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed with another couple as we toured two of the national parks and two of the state parks. We were also able to hike the dinosaur tracks trail, and the dinosaur bones trail. It was fascinating experience. Not to mention rafting down the Colorado River.While the beautiful hot tubs on the patio were shared with the other condo. There were two tubs, so was not a problem as we each had a tub. and the bonus was we met the most interesting people. The kitchen was large and had all of the necessary pots and utensils. We cooked a wonderful Cajun meal one evening. Without any problems. our host was extremely responsive to any of our needs. I do kind of wish we were able to take advantage of the gas grills that were provided, but we were so busy. We never had the opportunity to cook outside.

Perfect spot for walking to shops and restaurants. We stayed with another couple and we each loved our room and bathroom area. Kitchen/great room was spacious and nice for hanging out time. Loved the hot tub too!
