Luxury 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cottonwood town home on a quiet side street just 2 blocks from Main Street. Sleeps 8. 2 queen beds and two sets of bunk beds. Enjoy a very short walk to restaurants, shops, and the Millcreek trail. Just minutes from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Indoor pool with showers, WiFi, Smart TV’s (no cable), full kitchen, outdoor grill, 2 car garage. Spacious sitting area. Relax and play board games, watch DVD's or internet TV. Outside play corn hole and enjoy the Solo Stove and Moab’s famous dark skies! 1/2 mile to Swanny Park (Moab City Acquatic Center, Skate Park, Finish Line for Moab Half Marathon, Farmers Market, Antique Car Show).

This was one of the cleanest rental properties I've stayed in. It was in a quiet neighbor hood and a great location for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. It was very spacious and really felt like home while we were there. The owner was very prompt at communicating when we had a small problem and was able to help me fix it right away. No complaints at all!

The house had a big kitchen and entertainment area. The kitchen was fully stocked. You could walk to town. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard facing the red rock in the evening. You can’t beat how close you are to Arches National Park. I loved Moab!

Great place to stay in Moab. It is close to everything including multiple national and state parks and everything in Moab. I would highly recommend staying in this place. It has everything you need, including an excellent kitchen, for a great family vacation.
