Serene location. 3 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. The master bedroom; is located on the main level and two full bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Double car garage, outdoor grilling, dining area, hot tub, and fire pit, boasting great views. Right off the golf course. Approx 6 miles from the heart of Moab.

The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of garbage bags, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent etc. However there seemed to be a lack of privacy. First day there was a maintenance person in our backyard without any advance notice from the host. Second day we came home and noticed some item on our outdoor patio had been moved. When we checked out I went to return the key to the lockbox and noticed the code had already been entered. Presumable someone else was trying to access the house. Not sure what was going on there but felt off. I messaged the host a few times with no response.

Wonderful House. However the attached Google Maps is a bit irritating. I looks like the house is situatet in the City of Moab. But it is at the outskirts.

This place was great! The beds were comfortable, the patio area was pretty and fun, the fireplace and tv area was cozy; the streaming services were even logged in. The property was close to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands, great location. We could see lots of stars at night which was cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated, well supplied home in quiet neighborhood. Parking is a bit tough but we were able to store our utility trailer for $25/my at the recommendation of the host. Host was very responsive and helpful when contacted. Would highly recommend this property!
