The Space:
Welcome to Millcreek on Main, one of the few stand-alone homes available for rent in the downtown area. This home combines the convenience of being right next to Main Street, with a beautiful, quiet location right along Millcreek. A bike path can be accessed a few feet away from home and can take you along the creek to restaurants and shops nearby. And it now features a brand new private hot tub
With ample parking, you can leave your car or trailer behind at the house and spend your entire visit on foot, bike, or side by side!
This stunning home features four bedrooms and two baths with progressive decor and plenty of windows. The sleek, contemporary kitchen is roomy and features Bosch and Frigidaire “Gallery” appliances.
In this gorgeous home, you will find beautiful hardwood floors. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bath. A private entrance door is located in the room with bunk beds.
Upstairs features a huge balcony with a fire pit that can be accessed from the master bedroom and the hallway at the top of the stairs. Located in this same hallway is a mini-fridge perfect for storing drinks and that late night snack. A large bathroom along with a massive walk-in closet can found next to the master bedroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is another bedroom that features a small balcony. This bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom.
Outdoors you will find a spacious garden with a wooden walkway that takes you through gorgeous Utah wildflowers. In addition to a grill, you will see a picnic table for outdoor dining.
Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance, through your Airbnb portal and via email once booked. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
Interaction with Guests:
You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

We loved our stay at this home. The location cannot be beat, the house is very nice, clean and stocked with all kitchen amenities, hot tub towels, etc. We will definitely rent this location again!

There's a lot to like about this property - great looking, very comfortable, great location - secluded, yet close to services, nice hot tub and landscaping. But some problems: it was very difficult finding the host for the following problems, though they were eventually addressed. Second day and night there was no hot water or water pressure; refrigerator froze everything solid; the 12 person rating is ridiculously overstated. We had two couples, so they fit alright in two of the four rooms, although one bedroom was only accessible by traipsing through the master bedroom - same for that couple in that room to get to the bathroom (very unsatisfactory unless you were a family and had two children in that room). The third bedroom had a DOUBLE bunkbed. Again, silly to imply that 4 unrelated adults are going to sleep together in that thing. The fourth bedroom was a double and we had to have two women share that bed. Lastly, there's a horrible 'sleeper sofa' in the living room that two more were supposed to sleep in. I, personally, had to suffer through the first night on that, finding it near impossible to find a fairly flat diagonal angle. No two people would be able to sleep on that thing. So, for the next two nights I set up a cot we had brought along, just in case. All in all, we overcame the problems and had a good time.
