4 Miles from downtown. Serene location. 3 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. The master bedroom; is located on the main level and two full bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Double car garage, outdoor grilling, dining area, hot tub, and fire pit, boasting great views. Right off the golf course.

This was a great SFH about 5 miles South of Downtown Moab on the Moab Golf Course, which we played. The house was very comfortable with one Bdrm. downstairs and two upstairs plus a loft. 3.5 bathrooms. Garage was clean and had two bike racks and work station which were great! My wife and I were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

The space worked very well for us. It had the right bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to do everything we wanted. See the stars, end our day in the hot tub, cook and eat outside. All with the cliffs in the back ground.

The location description in the listing is incorrect. This property is not in downtown Moab, it is about 10 minutes outside of Moab away from Arches. The description says 2 minute walk to the Moab information center, it is actually about a 10 minute drive. We booked this place thinking we would be able to walk to town, and unfortunately that was not the case.The property was nice, clean, and well kept, but we were surprised and disappointed by the location not being as stated.
