Inside, each bedroom one you'll find a comfortable king bed and a queen bunk beds in bedroom 2, making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, such as the artwork and area rugs, make this unit feel like a true desert oasis.

Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience

We are located two block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.
Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, It is fully emptied refilled with fresh water and deep cleaned every Wednesday morning.
Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Thursday.

The location is nice because it's close to downtown and it's mostly well remodeled. However, some details made our stay lackluster and we probably wouldn't stay again. The hot tub was broken for all four nights we were there. We were offered to walk two blocks away to another property but that wasn't going to work for us with our two-year-old. The insulation is not good and you can hear all of your neighbors through the walls. There was a crack in the back of the fridge that froze our yogurt and ruined our breakfast plans. We ran out of tissues, there were no extras, and it took two days to get more. Just not the level we expected for the money.
