Cali Cochitta Vacation Rentals

Overall we were happy with this casita. It had a small living area with a few stairs up to the sleeping area. The bathroom was tiny which was a little too tight for my 6 foot husband. Everything was clean and it was within walking distance to restaurants and around 10 minutes to Arches. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The pictures must be old because the furniture and bedding are different than in the pictures. The outside lawn area was well maintained and peaceful. My only real complaint was that I was emailed saying that my credit card had been declined because of a bad security code and that I owed for our room. I had already paid when I booked. When I tried contacting the host to clear things up she didn’t answer and she never called me back. I just hope they don’t try to charge me again.

Great lication and a cute and relaxing setting.

Great place. Two (very large) blocks off the main drag. Quiet, and easy walking distance to downtown. The place was clean and well-appointed. Very happy with my stay!

The property was great but the communication was non-existent. We got there, logged into their online app and it said we hadn't paid(we'd paid in full through expedia weeks earlier). It gave us a # to call- tried multiple times, left a message, sent a text, never even got the courtesy of a reply. After an hour working with the Expedia Rep, they were somehow able to reach the manager and we finally got our access code. Still never heard from the manager. No apology, nothing...
