The Space:
Attached to Arches East, rent both 389 (Arches East) and 393 (Arches West) and get both sides of a Twin Home. Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome in Downtown Moab with a private hot tub. Just 2.5 blocks from Main Street. You will be able to walk to all your favorite shops and restaurants. Arches West comes with every upgrade offered. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. Watch Dish Network Satellite TV with DVR on the large LED TV. Huge, Open Great Room with all tile floors. A new Sleeper Sofa in the great room offers even more sleeping options. Top Quality Kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, and Hanstone solid surface counter tops. Custom Mexican Pine Dining area with seating for 8. The custom Master Bedroom is expanded to include an office area, and features a Dual Head, Steam Shower. There is a King Size Bed, and a sliding glass door allowing direct access to the hot tub and patio. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have Queen Beds. The main bath features a jetted bathtub and copper sink. Two (2) roll away twin beds are included in this unit.
Ideally located in downtown Moab, you are close to Main Street, as well as the brand new Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center. Also located nearby are the Moab Library, the Mill Creek Parkway, the Moab Information Center, and our event planning centers where you can schedule all your adventures for your trip. This really is the best location in Moab!
Arches West ~ 393 is a pet friendly condo. There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost to the reservation before you are charged.

Guest Access:
All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
Interaction with Guests:
You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

We enjoyed the property. It was especially comfortable because we could bring our dog with us since there’s a backyard that is fenced in where he could be when we went out without him.

The house was perfect for our group. Walking distance to restaurants in the downtown area. The house had plenty of space for our kids and dog to enjoy and was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Location and spaciousness are excellent. For the price, we expected a working air condition (it was 81-83 degrees F. throughout the day and night) and a kitchen with basic essentials (coffee, laundry detergent, etc.) and cooking necessities (spices, etc.).
