Very clean and well maintained. The grounds around the building are excellent.
When the upstairs unit was occupied, it was quite noisy as the separating floor was not very substantial. The folks staying there were not being loud, just that you could hear people speaking and walking around.

Well equipped and brand new. Lovely patios and walkable location to Main Street.
No sound proving at all in the building. The noise from people walking in the upstairs apartment was so loud that we could not sleep. If you can rent a 2nd floor apartment I recommend the place. Ground floor unfortunately I do not recommend.
