It was new, clean, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Quiet location and easy walk to restaurants and shops.
Nothing we disliked other than the dryer not working well.

We were able to check in early. Door code provided
Owner blamed housekeeping for a broken box spring, which was I was not able to sleep. No restitution for 1st nights total lack of sleep. Hot tub only 1 jet worked. Reported to maintenance person, who told us to turn a knob which did not work. He did not care. Walls are paper thin. Most nights we were woken by our neighbors. One night it was 3 am when alarm kept going off every 15 min. Great location Housekeepers were very nice and helpful!

Very happy we chose this condo for our 5 days in Moab! Great location and walking into town quick, easy. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very nice outdoor area to relax, unwind. The unit was tastefully and functionally appointed and was well cared for/very clean. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was attentive in assuring our needs were met. It was remarkably priced! We look forward to a return visit to this condo and further exploration of the greater Moab area.
