About this apartment rental
The Off Center Condo is a beautiful luxury condo with everything you'll need to make your trip to Moab convenient and enjoyable. It's right downtown, only a block from the Visitor’s Center, restaurants, shopping, and everything else downtown Moab has to offer. We purchased it brand new and then carefully furnished and decorated it so you'll feel right at home. Check out our guest comments, we've had lots of happy guests so far!
This condo is on the second floor and does require walking up one flight of stairs to get in. It's perfect for a couple and can accommodate four people with a queen sized hide-a-bed couch. Comfortable leather furniture, Tiffany lamps, local photography, Navajo weavings, memory foam mattress, travertine shower, and high speed internet access make this a fabulous place to spend your vacation. Even on the busiest weekends it is a quiet retreat with a huge and beautifully xeriscaped back yard for your enjoyment. Off street parking in back can accommodate several cars, a jeep trailer, or a small motorhome or camper.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and fully stocked pantry allow you to enjoy cooking a great meal and the downtown location means you can eat out whenever that suits you better. Fix your bike in the shade of our covered patio or light up the grill and lounge on the back yard deck when the day's activities are done.

We had a great vacation. It was wonderful to be able to rest & relax in such fabulous accommodations. Kel & team were so helpful with great suggestions. The property is lovely & well stocked with everything you could ask for & more. It is quiet & conveniently located. We highly recommend staying here.

Was very comfortable for my stay, and the location is very close to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Moab and the surrounding areas. The apartment is very well equipped in an ideal position for all that Moab has to offer. Kitchen was well laid out with everything that you could possibly need.A point to note is that apartment 4 is on the upper floor with a long flight of stairs to the entrance door, while this was not a problem for us, it could be for some people.The ‘swamp cooler’ in the kitchen was a new concept for us and we struggled initially to find out how to control it. It did cool down the apartment, but was very aggressive and did deposit debris on the floor and worktops.
