A 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with private courtyard garden and undercover parking in a quiet tree lined street.
Located in one of Subiaco's favoured locations, close to Kings Park, the hospital precinct, the UWA and the Swan river and with good access to the cafe strip, small bars and restaurants, excellent shopping and public transport.
Fully refurbished,( repainted thorughout 2023) this apartment has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped for short stay guests.
This is a self catering apartment and we supply some basic consumables to get you started (soap, toilet paper, etc), after which you should replenish your supplies as needed. Our cleaner will usually attend weekly during your stay and will do a quick clean and change bed linen and towels.
Minimum 5 nights.

A 2 bedroom unit in a very convenient location with off street parking off rear lane. It was quiet with Rokeby Road business at the rear. It is within walking distance of Subiaco railway station and well serviced by metro busses.

Close to some great shops and cafes.Suite was provided with most necessities but a little washing machine powder would have been appreciated.A very enjoyable stay was had by us.
