The staff were very happy to help with our questions- and provide us with the extra things we asked for, like face cloths.
Too many fake flowers and scents. But we just hid these away.

Clean and comfortable. Facilities were good.
Checking in was extremely difficult. The lockbox is in a dark area making it hard to see. The instructions were not very helpful when I was trying to get in, as they only allowed for someone in a car. Dragging 60kg of luggage through a car park was not easy. I found out the next morning that there was another entry less than 10m from where I was that I could have used instead of walking around blindly. Took ages to get hold of someone who could help when the lockbox wouldn’t open. In the end, from arriving until I got into the apartment, it was about 2.5 hours.
