The location was perfect, very suitable for visitors to Perth or like us who know WA very well. Everything is so close to the CBD, one of the best areas in Perth, Kings Park is just over the road, close to cafes, restaurants etc.
Would recommend staying at 1 Colin Road without hesitation.
Dish washer needs looking at, no other dislikes.

Location is great, close to city but sufficiently quiet to forget that you are in the middle of town. It's a really nice heritage property, bed is comfortable, there is a decent kitchen, washer and drier, and off-street parking too, which was a bonus for me with a rental car. Highly recommended, I look forward to staying there again next time I go to Perth.
No material criticisms.
