Kenata-Fairway Apartment Hotel

location is really awesome especially for us given our step dad is in claremont and 20 minutes away walking to bus getting bus walking to his apartment

we really like the apartments they are older and the price reflects that but having everything really clean would be great. a bit more attention to cleaning detail would be great but it has suited our requirements and the most essential thing is clean sheets and that was 100% fine I always check them as a matter of course Thanks for having us back

Anne and Rod were excellent hosts. The kitchen was very well equipped, very close to the free public buses. Very clean and spacious

The hosts' friendliness and helpfulness were exceptional. I needed to mail a parcel home, and they generously offered to take it to the post office for me, as our flight departed too early. The size of the apartment, the fact that, unlike the hundreds and hundreds of places we've stayed in all over the world, I can count on one hand any that were as well equipped as Kenata-Fairview: the pots and pans were all in excellent shape, which is a rarity; the kitchen had a full complement of dishes, cutlery, and cooking supplies, just like you were at home! Having an in-unit washer and dryer was extremely handy, too. There were overhead lights as well as floor and table lamps, again rare, and wonderful, for someone who needs extra lighting! There's nothing missing, as Rod and Anne have thought of everything.

Location was convenient to great areas and city, and property was clean. Off street parking was appreciated

Very dated with bath over the shower which included a step to get into the bath which was dangerous. Everything was functional but very dated, shower curtains should be a thing of the past Double bed- not big enough The area being so close to the university became a race track for boy racers in the evenings and on the weekends and was too noisy
