The holiday flat is a three-minute walk from the picturesque village centre of Appenzell. All important localities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The property is a twenty-year-old flat in an apartment block. The spacious living room is the focal point of the bright flat, the reading corner invites you to relax, the modern kitchen and the two beautifully furnished bedrooms offer everything you need for a successful week's holiday. The flat has recently been partially renovated, so it looks like new and is normally used as the landlord's main residence. However, while it is rented out, you have the flat to yourself. The landlord's bedroom and bathroom are not available to you, but are not used during this time. These two rooms have not been included in the description of the holiday flat. The number of rooms and the area indicated therefore correspond to the part of the flat that you can actually use.Various hikes into the Alpstein or up one of the gentle hills surrounding the village can be started directly from the flat, or the village centre with its charming main street and many authentic little shops can be visited.The Appenzell holiday card, which is very popular with holiday guests and allows free use of public transport, as well as many other free offers in the surrounding area and various discounts, is available for stays of three nights or more.
