We had a great stay! The condo is in a perfect location and is also clean, comfortable, has all expected amenities, and was super easy to move into and out of. We will be back!

The current pictures in the rental
site do not do it justice. When you walk in you have a beautiful wall to wall window view of the ocean. Absolutely wonderful. Accommodations were wonderful, and the property manager is very pleasant to communicate with. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had the nicest time staying for a week at 803S Edgewater. The place is spacious and the view is spectacular. We saw dolphins from the balcony most mornings! Our kids loved the board games and puzzles that came with the unit, and the master bed was huge and very comfortable. We had an issue with the hot water but it was addressed quickly. Maintenance was responsive and polite. I'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our four day stay in this lovely unit. The Sea Colony high-rise units have been around for a while and I have stayed in a number of them. This one was one of the best. The kitchen was well-equipped: lots of pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, and silverware. All of the appliances worked. The dining room and living room are very spacious and I loved the built-in desk. This is the first unit I’ve stayed in that had a closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas! There was also a nice little library of books and plenty of board games. The unit was clean and well kept. Also, the view from the balcony was one of the best. Edgewater is the high-rise in the center so it has some of the best views. I would definitely stay here again. One suggestion: please leave instructions for the multiple TV remotes!
