We just spent a wonderful week at this unit— it was supplied with so many things (paper towels, dish soap, sponges, dish towels, kitchen and bathroom liquid soaps, cookware, coffee pods, etc. (the we usually bring) that I was overwhelmed! The entire unit is new, very clean, and has exceptionally comfortable mattresses. My husband and I stayed 7/20-7/27 with 5 teenagers (all girls) celebrating our eldest’s graduation from high school. It was the perfect space for making memories, relaxing at the pool and beach, and eating out (and in)!

We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for several years and some units are certainly better than others. This unit was so far our favorite! It was the cleanest we have ever found our unit. The place is renovated so nicely! There is a big ice maker in the freezer so we could keep our water bottles cool. The water is safe to drink and tastes good; so no need to buy water. There is a Keurig with many coffee options and a toaster in the kitchen. The three bedroom set up was perfect for our family and both bathrooms were very nice. The beds were comfy. The furniture on the balcony was very nice. It was fantastic that we could do a load of laundry and all five of us could take sequential showers without running out of hot water. The air conditioning also does well keeping the place cool. Running out of hot water and inadequate AC has been an issue in previous years, but not in this place. We look forward to hopefully staying in this unit again if it is available and the price stays reasonable.

This place was fantastic. We've stayed in a number of places in Sea Colony, and this was probably our favorite. It seemed almost brand new. Everything was very clean, the space fit our family of 5 well, and it is well provisioned with all you need to cook, plus some extras (k cups, dishwasher pods, etc.). We will definitely stay here again.
