Unit is a 3 bedroom condominium on the 5th floor of a beachfront building. Spectacular views of the ocean and beach from the master bedroom and living room. The 1/2 mile long private beach and huge swimming pool are steps away from your elevator. Three short blocks away is the world-class tennis community of Sea Colony.
Tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a bunk with full trundle and pull out twin bed in the third bedroom,. TV/VCR in living room and master bedroom. Have your breakfast on the spacious balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean.
Linens and towels as well toiletries are provided.

Owners and guests have exclusive access to a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 2 pools, 34 tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and the Freeman Fitness Center with an Olympic-size indoor pool and a variety of programs for every age.
A Guest Badge fee (varying from $15.00 to $47.00 depending on the time of the year) has to be purchased for each person over4 years old to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, tennis courts, Gym, transportation system, and two parking permits.

My adult son and I spent several days relaxing and looking at the ocean while staying here. There were no surprises - place is exactly as explained on the rental site. Everything was working well and access was easy.
It was off season and there were very few people at the whole complex.
As two people, we had plenty of room. would be limited the the dining table and on couch
